Protection Policy is provided at no charge with the financed purchase or lease of a vehicle. This Policy allows for the RETURN OF THE VEHICLE to us with no or minimal financial penalty under various circumstances.

• Involuntary job loss
• Physical disability
• Loss of drivers' license
• International employment transfer
• Critical illness (living)
• Death due to critical illness
• Personal bankruptcy of the self-employed

Policy Description

WALKAWAY protection is available to all consumers who finance the purchase or lease of any vehicle through LAURIE WILLIAMSON - regardless of age, employment history, vehicle amount financed, or pre-exisinting health condition such as heart disease or cancer.

The maximum benefit of the complimentary policy is $7,500 or the difference between the assessed value of the vehicle and the remianing lease of loan balance due at the time the vehicle is returned to the retailer, which ever is less.

12-month WALKAWAY protection is supplied compliments of LAURIE WILLIAMSON at the time the original financial commitment is signed (effective date). Customers wishing to upgrade to a WALKAWAY policy that provides coverage for the full term of the vehicle loan or lease - or who want increased and enhanced benefits must do so within 10 CALENDAR DAYS of the effective date. The effective date for the involuntary job loss and the international employment transfer begins on the 91st day of coverage - all other circumstances are effective immediatley.
